FAQs

  • What are your hours?

    We are everyday, year-round, 7am-8pm.

If there is inclement weather, please visit our Facebook page for updated hours.

  • Do you take reservations?

All guests are first come, first served. Breakfast and lunch are counter based service. Dinner is table service. While we do not take reservations, we always love a heads up for larger parties.

  • Do you host private parties or offer catering?

Yes! Please send all inquiries to coffee@sipdoorcounty.com. We even offer "Day Of" packages for wedding parties. Click the link to check out our Day Of menu and order form.

  • Are you able to accommodate my allergies?

Menu items may contain or come into contact with wheat, eggs, nuts and milk. We use common fryer oil, meaning we cannot guarantee that your menu item is free of common allergens. We have a separate toaster for our gluten free bread, and use clean and sterile cutting boards and knives when handling orders for noted allergies. While we maintain a very clean kitchen, we always ask those with allergies to please express them to our staff so that extra precautions can be made.

  • Do you use peanut oil or any peanuts?

We do not use or make any foods on premise with peanuts in them. We use sunflower oil for our fryers. The only item that contains peanuts on premise is the peanut butter used for the kids PB&J.

Our granola contains almonds, and we do sell and bake items that contain almonds, pecans, or walnuts at times.

  • Do you serve Gluten Free items?

Yes! We have a variety of gluten free options on our menu and we have gluten free bread as a substitute for our sandwiches. Please note: Our gluten free foods are prepared in a kitchen where food containing wheat, milk, soy, tree nuts and seed, etc. are also prepared. Sip is sensitive to the dietary needs and concerns of our customers and we provide gluten free foods in

response to customers request, but we cannot ensure that cross contamination of ingredients does not occur in our kitchen. Please be aware that there is a possibility that food items will come into contact with wheat and/or gluten. Please notify your server of any and all allergies.

  • What kind of bakery does Sip offer?

All of our bakery is now made in house! Our baker loves to switch things up and rotates a variety of flavors in her rolls, scones, croissants, and breakfast breads.

  • Do you allow dogs?

We allow dogs in our outdoor spaces. We love all furry friends, but we cannot allow them inside.

  • Are you hiring?

Our employment needs ebb and flow throughout the year and the seasons. We love hearing from smiling, energetic, driven applicants. Please send all resumes, with professional references to Coffee@sipdoorcounty.com
